Question
Could I create an entire promotional video and song using AI, then turn it into something usable for a real campaign?
Experiment
I experimented with creating both the visual and audio elements of a promotional campaign using AI. I created the video content and song from scratch, brought them together into a finished piece and developed the result into a summer promotional campaign. It was the first time this type of AI-led creative approach had been used within the company, and the technology and approach were still relatively new in the marketing environment at the time.
Result
The experiment became a finished promotional video and song that was used as part of a real summer campaign.
What I learned
It was one of my first opportunities to use AI across an entire creative process rather than for one small task. I learnt a lot about directing generated outputs, bringing different tools together and turning experimentation into something that could actually be used in a campaign.
